PRIVACY POLICY
Omniagentics Limited — omniagentics.net
This Privacy Policy explains how Omniagentics Limited ("Omniagentics", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal data when you use our website at omniagentics.net (the "Site").
Omniagentics Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 66 Paul St, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our data protection contact for queries about this policy or your rights is admin@omniagentics.net, or you may write to us at the registered office above.
This policy applies alongside our Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms have the same meaning as in those Terms.
Personal Data We Collect
Device and traffic data. When you visit the Site, we and our hosting provider automatically collect information about your device, including web browser type, IP address (truncated where possible), time zone, and the pages or products you view. We also collect information about how you reached the Site (such as referring website or search terms entered on the Site) and how you interact with it. We refer to this as "Device Information".
Account data. If you register an account, we collect your name, email address, and any profile details you provide (for example, company name and role for Partner Portal access).
Form submissions. When you submit a form — including the contact form, newsletter subscription, partner application, custom solution request, "Report an inaccuracy" report, or abuse report, whether submitted directly or through our AI assistant — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message or report.
Affiliate click data. When you click an Affiliate Link, our tracking gateway logs the click, including the click identifier, the Partner and product involved, your IP address, user agent, and the date and time. We do not set a tracking cookie on your browser for this purpose.
Diagnostic and roadmap data. If you use the Agentic Roadmap Builder or Executive Briefing tools, we collect the diagnostic inputs you provide (business type, sector, role, tasks) and the generated outputs, which are saved to your account.
Lawful Basis for Processing
Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, we rely on the following lawful bases:
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)) — processing your account data and form submissions to provide the features you have requested.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — newsletter subscriptions, analytics cookies (where you accept them), and any optional marketing.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) — retaining records where required by law (for example, financial records for tax).
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — logging affiliate clicks to operate our commission model, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the Site. We have balanced these interests against your rights and concluded they are not overridden.
How We Use Your Data
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the Marketplace;
- To provide your account, saved products, roadmaps, and executive briefings;
- To respond to your enquiries, reports, and applications;
- To attribute affiliate clicks and reconcile commission with Partners;
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- To comply with legal obligations; and
- Where you consent, to send you our newsletter or analytics-derived insights.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Cookies & Browser Storage
We use cookies and browser storage only where necessary or where you have consented. When you first visit the Site, a banner asks you to choose between "Accept all", "Allow only necessary", and "Reject all". Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and applies across the Site.
- Necessary — required for the Site to function (for example, keeping you signed in and remembering your consent choice). Set without further consent.
- Analytics (optional) — help us understand form outcomes and company-level interest. Set only if you accept them.
- Affiliate tracking — we do not set any tracking cookie when you click an Affiliate Link. Attribution is handled server-side via the click identifier appended to the destination URL and echoed back by the Partner.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for the Site; you may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, though some Site features may not work as a result.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:
- Account data — kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where law requires longer retention.
- Affiliate click logs — retained for up to 24 months for reconciliation and fraud detection, then aggregated or deleted.
- Form submissions (contact, reports, applications) — retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or comply with law.
- Newsletter subscriptions — kept until you unsubscribe, after which your email is removed within 30 days.
- Diagnostic and roadmap data — kept with your account and deleted on account closure.
- Device Information — typically aggregated or deleted within 12 months.
Where we are required to keep records for longer (for example, financial records for tax), we retain only the minimum necessary and restrict access.
Sub-Processors & International Transfers
We use trusted third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to operate the Site. Each is bound by written agreements requiring them to protect your personal data and only process it on our instructions. Our current sub-processors include:
- Hosting and platform infrastructure — Base44 (the platform that hosts the Site and its database), which may process data in the United States and the European Union;
- Review and content scraping — Apify, which fetches public review data on our behalf;
- Spreadsheets and data export — Google Sheets / Google Cloud, used for reconciliation exports;
- Email delivery — our platform's email service, used to send notifications and invoices;
- AI analysis — large language model providers used for Vetting, roadmap, and briefing generation.
Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where required, to ensure your data is protected to UK standards. A current list of sub-processors is available on request from admin@omniagentics.net.
Sharing Your Data
We share personal data only as follows:
- With our sub-processors listed above, to the extent necessary to operate the Site;
- With Partners, limited to the click identifier and any information you choose to provide directly to them (we do not share your account data with Partners without your consent);
- Where required by law, court order, or valid government request; and
- In connection with a sale, merger, or restructuring of our business, subject to confidentiality protections.
We never sell your personal data.
Your Rights
If you are a resident of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 (and, for EU residents, the EU GDPR):
- The right to be informed (this policy);
- The right of access to your personal data;
- The right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- The right to restrict processing;
- The right to data portability;
- The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing; and
- Rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@omniagentics.net. We will respond within one month, extendable by two months where requests are complex. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or to your local data protection authority if you are in the EU.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at admin@omniagentics.net and we will delete it.
Links to Other Websites
Our Site contains links to other websites (including Partner sites) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with any personal data.
Information Security
We secure personal data on computer servers in a controlled environment, protected from unauthorised access, use, and disclosure by reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and sub-processors under confidentiality obligations. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the current version and last-updated date at the foot of this page. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify Users — for example, by displaying a notice on the Site or, for registered Users, by email. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
